The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing fermented sawdust for a mushroom cultivation medium. The apparatus includes: a crushing unit which crushes a wood material to produce sawdust； an insertion unit which provides the wood material to the crushing unit； a selection unit which passes sawdust in a predetermined size or smaller and collects sawdust in the size larger than the predetermined size among the sawdust discharged from the crushing unit； a first transfer path unit which transfers the sawdust, discharged from the crushing unit, to an upper side of the selection unit to supply the sawdust to the selection unit； a moisture supply unit which provides moisture to the sawdust, which has passed through the selection unit and discharged, and then discharges the sawdust； and a circulation unit which crushes the sawdust, collected and discharged from the selection unit, one more time and circulates the sawdust to the selection unit.본 발명은, 목재를 파쇄하여 톱밥을 제조하는 파쇄부； 목재를 상기 파쇄부 측으로 공급하는 인입부； 상기 파쇄부로부터 배출되는 톱밥 중에 설정크기 이하의 톱밥은 통과시키고 설정크기를 초과하는 톱밥을 거르는 선별부； 상기 파쇄부로부터 배출되는 톱밥을 상기 선별부로 공급할 수 있도록 톱밥을 상기 선별부 상측으로 이동시키는 제1이송통로부； 상기 선별부를 통과하여 배출되는 톱밥에 수분을 공급하여 배출시키는 수분공급부； 및 상기 선별부로부터 걸러져 배출되는 톱밥을 재차 파쇄하여 상기 선별부 측으로 순환시키는 순환부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
