The present invention relates to an eye mask. More particularly, the eye mask has a cover unit (10) having a shape of an eye region, and a wearing band (20) connected to both sides of the cover unit (10). In addition, ear plugs (30) are integrally formed on both sides of the wearing band (20) to be inserted inside ear holes for blocking exterior noise. Thus, the eye mask covers the eye region of a user, and also closes the user&primes ears, thereby effectively inducing a sleep by blocking external light and noise.
