PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having a high fitting property, a following property to the movement of a wearer, liquid prevention property and wearing property.
SOLUTION: This absorbent article 1 is provided with a liquid permeable surface sheet 2, a back sheet 3 and a longitudinally long absorber 4 interposed between both of the sheets. The absorber 4 has two superposed sheet-like absorbers 41 and 42, the two sheet-like absorbers 41 and 42 have a plurality of cuts 41a-41c and 42a-42c at portions located at the longitudinal both sides of the absorber 4 respectively, and the cuts 41a-41c in one sheet-like absorber 41 and the cuts 42a-42c in the other sheet-like absorber 42 are formed at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the absorber 4.
