<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding shrink tack sheet which protects the content in a plastic-made container for medicament from deteriorating by ultraviolet rays or low-wavelength visible lights, which allows the content to be viewed from outside, which is free of a limitation on label design posed by a colored state, and which eliminates the risk of a UV absorber being dissolved into the inside of the container, and to provide a label using it. <；P>；SOLUTION: On one surface of a UV-absorbing shrink film obtained by coating a UV-absorbing polymer on one surface or both surfaces of a shrink film, there is prepared a light-shielding adhesive layer that has a light-shielding substance dispersed therein thus to obtain the light-shielding shrink tack sheet. The light-shielding shrink tack sheet for medicament has a &le；5% UV transmittance in the UV region (390 nm) and a haze value of &le；40%.
