A syringe for use in pressurized injection of a fluid is provided herein. The syringe includes a syringe barrel comprising a polymeric material having undergone expansion by stretch blow molding and by compression molding of an inner diameter of the barrel with a core member. In certain configurations of the syringe barrel, the stretch blow molding is provided through a nozzle of the syringe. Similarly, according to a further embodiment, a syringe for use in pressurized injection of a fluid is provided. The syringe includes a syringe barrel comprising a polymeric material having undergone expansion by stretch blow molding and by shrinking an inner diameter of the syringe barrel about a core member.La présente invention concerne une seringue utilisable en vue de linjection sous pression dun fluide. Ladite seringue comprend un corps de seringue comportant un matériau polymère ayant subi une expansion par moulage par étirage-soufflage et par moulage par compression du diamètre intérieur du corps de la seringue au moyen dun élément central. Dans certaines configurations du corps de la seringue, le moulage par étirage-soufflage est réalisé à travers lembout de la seringue. De même, selon un autre mode de réalisation, linvention concerne une seringue utilisable pour linjection sous pression dun fluide. La seringue comprend un corps de seringue comportant un matériau polymère ayant subi une expansion par moulage par étirage-soufflage et par rétrécissement du diamètre intérieur du corps de la seringue autour dun élément central.
