The brainwave sensing structure includes a cover body, a brainwave sensor, and a pole cable management device. The cover body is detachably coupled to the hard hat body to define an accommodating space and is formed with an aperture in communication with the accommodating space. The brainwave sensor is received in the accommodating space and includes a pole retrieval unit. The pole retrieval unit includes a contact portion that is exposed outside the aperture. The pole retrieval unit is extendable from the accommodating space toward outside of the aperture.
