A method for manufacturing a linked packaging product (1) formed by linking a plurality of packaged articles (2) in one direction is disclosed below. However, each of the plurality of packaged articles includes an absorbent article (3) and a packaging bag (4) for packaging the absorbent article. This manufacturing method is provided with: a folding step for folding the absorbent article so as to overlap in the vertical direction while conveying the absorbent article a step for restricting the vertical thickness of the absorbent article to a first dimension or less while conveying the absorbent article a step for supplying and packaging the thickness-restricted absorbent article inside a continuous sheet (4b) formed continuously in a tubular shape while being conveyed, the vertical dimension of the inside of the tubular continuous sheet being the first dimension and a step for bonding together inner surfaces of the tubular continuous sheet facing each other at a portion between adjacent absorbent articles in the tubular continuous sheet while conveying the tubular continuous sheet containing the absorbent articles. The method for manufacturing a linked packaging product enables the positioning of the absorbent articles in a predetermined position inside the tubular continuous sheet.
