The present invention relates to a method for operating a walking treatment assisting device for a treadmill, comprising: a belt part (1,000) installed at a lower portion of a treadmill to be in contact with the soles of walking people, and rotated by a motor； a frame installed on both sides and a front side of the belt part (1,000)； a body support (200) installed in the frame (100), and allowing a user to lean his or her body thereon； and a handle (500) coupled to an upper end of the frame (100), wherein the body support (200) is operated separately from the frame (100). According to the present invention, the body support installed in the treadmill can support the weight of the user by surrounding the buttocks of the user. In addition, the walking treatment assisting device of the present invention can be used by people having various physiques by a belt. Furthermore, since an actuator is installed in the form of a joint, there is a great effect that the pelvis rotation can be stably and conveniently restricted while performing a walking treatment in the treadmill.본발명은 트래드밀용 보행치료 보조장치 동작방법에 관한 것으로, 트래드밀의 하부에 설치되어 보행을 하는 사람들의 발바닥이 접촉되며 모터에 의해 회전되는 벨트부(1000)와, 상기 벨트부(1000) 주위 양측과 전면에 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임(100) 내부에 설치되며, 사용자가 몸통을 기댈 수 있게 된 몸통지지대(200)와, 상기 프레임(100) 상단에 결합되는 손잡이(500)로 이루어지되, 상기 몸통지지대(200)는 프레임(100)과 별개로 동작되는 것으로,본발명은 트래드밀에 설치되는 몸통지지대가 엉덩이 부분을 감싸며 체중을 지탱할 수 있으며, 벨트에 의해 다양한 체격의 사람들이 사용할 수 있으며, 액추에이터가 조인트 형태로 설치되어, 트래드밀에서 보행치료를 하면서 골반회전을 안정적으로 편리하게 제한 할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
