PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus, easily inserted in a fine and complicatedly winding conduit by surely transmitting required thrust force to the insertion tube without lowering the flexibility of the insertion tube and without any increase in size of the whole apparatus.
SOLUTION: This endoscope apparatus 1 includes: an endoscope 2 having a distal end 11 having an observation means for observing a subject S, the insertion tube 12 extending from the distal end 11 to the base end side and having flexibility to be bendable according to the subject S, and an adaptor removably connected to the tip side of the distal end 11 and a fluid injection means 3 for jetting a fluid from the base end side of the endoscope 2 to the distal end, wherein a flange part 30 protruded to the outer peripheral side is removable mounted between the adaptor 15 of the endoscope 2 and the distal end 11.
