PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrition supplement food, in a form in which, in an instant noodle, while assisting the component of a carbohydrate, other nutrition components can be supplemented as needed.SOLUTION: Provided is, as a nutrition supplement food for assisting a predetermined nutrition component for instant noodle, a nutrition supplement food for instant noodle manufactured by adding various nutrition components to starch or dextrin solution as needed, forming into a predetermined shape, followed by freeze-drying.
