The system for producing an implant placement guide of the present invention includes: a dental terminal which transmits to a management server a three-dimensional image of a CT image taken in an oral cavity while a guide tray filled with an impression material is inserted into the oral cavity of a patient, and receives a file for processing an implant placement guide from the management server; the management server which receives the three-dimensional image from the dental terminal, transmits a design request signal to at least one preregistered planner terminal and receives implant design information from the planner terminal having allowed the design request signal, thereby generating a file for processing an implant placement guide by using the implant design information; and the planner terminal which transmits whether to accept the design request signal to the management server when the design request signal is received from the management server, and receives and transmits implant design information corresponding to the three-dimensional image to the management server when the three-dimensional image is received from the management server. The guide tray includes one or more markers for matching an image of the guide tray with the three-dimensional image, wherein the tooth shape of a patient is raised. The implant design information includes location information of a guide hole formed in the guide tray.
