The device (1) has a case to be held in a cavity formed on the cranium of a human or an animal. An electronic circuit (4) is positioned in the case to process signals e.g. neural signals. A system of electrodes is coupled electrically to the electronic circuit. A signal transmission sleeve (6) extends from the periphery of the case, and is made from a flexible and biocompatible material. The sleeve includes a transmission antenna (8) and a remote power feeding antenna (7), which are coplanar and positioned such that one of the antennas is contained within the other antenna. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an implantable device such as neural interface, for processing signals.L'objet principal de l'invention est un dispositif (1) implantable du type interface neuronale pour le traitement de signaux, comportant :- un boîtier (B) destiné à être logé au moins partiellement dans une cavité (Ca) formée sur le crâne (C) d'un être humain ou animal,- des moyens électroniques (4) situés dans le boîtier (B), et- un système d'électrodes (5) couplé électriquement aux moyens électroniques (4),caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (1) comporte une enveloppe (6) de transmission de signaux, s'étendant depuis la périphérie du boîtier (B).
