PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnostic device and an image storage communication system including the device, wherein a user can easily ascertain that each of components of a movable section should be replaced due to secular changes.SOLUTION: An image diagnostic device (10) includes a data storage section (20a), an operation amount computing section (20c), and a determining section (20b). The data storage section stores the lifetime operation amount the extent to which the summed operation amount of the movable section is required to replace at least some components of the movable section. The operation computing section calculates the summed operation amount when the movable section works.
