PURPOSE: Cation-exchanged natrolite and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain various cation-exchanged natrolite of improved crystalline structures and material characteristics by using potassium-substituted natrolite and nitrate containing various cations. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cation-exchanged natrolite includes the following: A potassium nitrate aqueous solution and natrolite are mixed to obtain a natrolite mixed aqueous solution. The natrolite mixed aqueous solution is heated to obtain potassium-substituted natrolite. A nitrate aqueous solution and the potassium-substituted natrolite are mixed to obtain a mixed aqueous solution. The mixed aqueous solution is heated. The nitrate aqueous solution is one selected from a group including RbNO_3, CsNO_3, CdNO_3, Pb(NO_3)_2, Ca(NO_3)_2, Ba(NO_3)_2, and NH_4NO_3. In the cation-exchanged natrolite, the cation is one selected from a group including Rb, Cs, Cd, Pb, Ca, Ba, and NH_4.본 발명은 다양한 양이온-치환 나트로라이트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 Na-나트로라이트를 이용하여 칼륨 이온이 치환된 칼륨-치환 나트로라이트를 제조하고, 칼륨-치환 나트로라이트와 다양한 양이온을 포함하는 질산염을 사용하여 상대적으로 저온 및 짧은 반응시간에도 결정구조와 물성면에서 크게 향상된 다양한 양이온-치환 나트로라이트의 제조에 관한 것이다.
