PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that efficiently consuming the nutrient inside a mushroom bed at several times of Auricularia auricula-judae harvests from the mushroom bed has subjects of a germinating position, a surface area exposed to the air, the shape of a mushroom bed body, a volume, and the specification of a mushroom bed body ideal in terms of cultivation workability, and that and subjects of a humidity variation, increased various bacteria, watery Auricularia auricula-judae, and a slow or varied growth speed are present in order to achieve an ideal cultivation environment because there are no short sensor nor equipment for automatically control the humidity in a cultivation environment of Auricularia auricula-judae.SOLUTION: Making the conversion ratio of the content of a mushroom bed body to Auricularia auricula-judae higher by specifying the position and number of the inoculation holes of mushroom beds, and the production method, position, and number of germination inductive opening within a balanced range, and switching between a natural environment and a spraying artificial environment is repeated 2 to 5 times per day while flowing large quantities of open air into the cultivation environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 キクラゲを菌床から数回の収穫で菌床内部の栄養源を効率よく使い切るかは発芽させる位置、空気にさらす表面積、菌床体の形状、容積、栽培の作業性から理想の菌床体の仕様が課題であった。キクラゲの栽培環境は湿度を自動制御する為の手短なセンサー、装置が世の中に無く湿度がばらつき雑菌が繁殖したり水っぽいキクラゲになったり生育スピードが遅かったり生育もばらついて栽培環境の理想の形も課題であった。【解決手段】 菌床の植菌穴位置と数、発芽誘導口の作り方と位置と数をバランスのある範囲内に規定することにより菌床体内容物のキクラゲへの転換割合を高くし、栽培環境については外気を大量に流入させながらの自然環境と噴霧の人工環境を変化を一日あたり2~5回繰り返す。【選択図】図2
