The present invention relates to a hydraulic joint endoscopic device for laparoscopic surgery. According to the present invention, an end effector can be easily changed in direction by adding a degree of freedom of an endoscopic camera during laparoscopic surgery using several hydraulic actuators having a feature that one side expands due to a piston pressure. A conventional joint endoscopic device for laparoscopic surgery uses wires and pulleys such that the wire can be broken when a large stress is applied to the conventional joint endoscopic device, and movement of an endoscopic channel is limited by a structure thereof.
