The present invention relates to: a method for screening for an antimicrobial agent capable of controlling microorganisms causing offensive odor in an air conditioning apparatus； and a method for removing offensive odor in the air conditioning apparatus. The microorganism causing offensive odor in the air conditioning apparatus, of the present invention, can be used in the development of a novel antimicrobial agent or in the development of an aromatic for blocking offensive odor by establishing the chemical properties of metabolites of the microorganisms. In addition, there are various industrial applications such as a use for fundamentally removing the cause of offensive odor by creating, in advance, an environment in which the microorganisms cannot live in the air conditioning apparatus.La présente invention concerne un procédé de criblage pour identifier un agent antimicrobien capable de lutter contre des micro-organismes provoquant de mauvaises odeurs dans un appareil de conditionnement d'air ； et un procédé permettant d'éliminer les mauvaises odeurs dans l'appareil de climatisation. Les micro-organismes responsables des mauvaises odeurs dans le climatiseur de la présente invention peuvent être utilisés pour développer un nouvel agent antimicrobien ou développer un agent odorant visant à bloquer les mauvaises odeurs en établissant les propriétés chimiques des métabolites des micro-organismes.
