PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic sampling device capable of sampling an object to be processed while maintaining a closed system in an apparatus for performing granulation, coating, drying, mixture or the like of particulates.SOLUTION: In a pan coating apparatus 10 including a rotary drum 1, a sampling part 37 is formed on a tip part of a sampling tube 32 extended to the inside and outside of the rotary drum 1. The sampling part 37 is inclined from a horizontal axis by 10° and has a notch 42 of which the inside is a collection part 43. The sampling part 37 is fluctuated between a drawing position A in the rotary drum 1 and a sampling position D. After moving the sampling part 37 to the sampling position D and introducing an object 3 to be processed, the sampling part 37 is moved to a suction position B to scoop the object 3 to be processed. Then, the sampled object 3 to be processed is sucked, transferred and collected to a sample collection part 33 by suction force of an ejector 34 and exhausted air is returned into the rotary drum 1 by an air return pipe 35.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】粉粒体の造粒、コーティング、乾燥、混合等を行う装置において、閉鎖系のまま被処理物のサンプリングを行い得る自動サンプル採取装置を提供する。【解決手段】回転ドラム1を備えたパンコーティング装置10にて、回転ドラム1の内外に延びるサンプル採取管32の先端部にサンプル採取部37を設ける。サンプル採取部37は水平軸に対し10°傾斜しており、内部が捕集部43となった切欠部42を有する。サンプル採取部37は、回転ドラム1内の引き出し位置Aから採取位置Dの間を揺動する。サンプル採取部37を採取位置Dに移動させて被処理物3を導入した後、サンプル採取部37を吸引位置Bに移動させて被処理物3をすくい取る。そして、エジェクター34による吸引力により、採取した被処理物3をサンプル回収部33に吸引・移送して回収すると共に、その際の排気をエアリターン管35にて回転ドラム1内に戻す。【選択図】図2
