PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture package allowing a user to easily load a suture in a package and, even when the package is relatively small, capable of storing a long suture.SOLUTION: A suture package 1 includes: an annular winding duct 21 a suction hole 33 communicated to the winding duct 21 and capable of exhausting air from the winding duct 21 by suction and an inflow hole 31 communicated to the winding duct 21, causing the air to inflow towards a specific one direction R in the length direction of the winding duct 21, and capable of guiding a suture inside the winding duct 21.
