It is also used from the first session of pacometry with recommendation to increase the amount of daily walking, controlled through a bracelet Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and Mi Fit mobile application. And after diagnostics segmental-point exposure is applied in 1–5 detected points and zones by sessions for 25 minutes 2–3 times week for 22–75 days, on diagnosed points of trigger points, fascial shortening, adhesive processes and instabilities attachment points.
