PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip light which reduces a load on a rod when the rod is being used, especially for a long-casting and winding of a terminal tackle, by being light-weight, and which has a long driving time.SOLUTION: A tip light L1 fitted in the vicinity of a rod tip includes: a fitting part 20 mounted on the vicinity of the rod tip a light source part 10 including a light source 11 and fitted to the fitting pat 20 a lead wire 40 extending from the light source part 10 and a power source part 30 connected to an end part of the lead wire 40 and accommodating a power source for driving the light source 11. The light source part 10 is fitted to the fitting part 20 in an attachable/detachable manner, and by a tensile force of the lead wire 40 generated by raising of the rod, the light source part 10 is detached from the fitting part 20.
