The present invention relates to a suspension liquid comprising smectite. The suspension liquid of the present invention shows excellent dispersibility and sedimentation rate in the suspension liquid by means of comprising both a high molecular suspending agent and a low molecular suspending agent, and the viscosity of a dosage form is not high and thus is easy to take, has high drug compliance when taken and has high palatability. In addition, the suspension liquid of the present invention enables even dispersion during preparation and thus enables easy and efficient preparation. Therefore, the defect rate during the manufacturing of a suspension liquid formulation can be reduced.
