The present invention relates to a mouthpiece and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a mouthpiece which delivers a composition such as a tooth whitening agent to teeth, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides the mouthpiece, which comprises: a mouthpiece body in which a cavity in the shape of a set of teeth of a user is formed, and which comprises a relatively rigid outer layer, and an inner layer which is relatively soft, and having a portion of the surface in contact with the set of teeth is porous； and a composition carried in a porous portion of an inner layer.
