PURPOSE: A sealing agent for root barrier construction, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method for a root barrier are provided to prevent water from flowing into the bottom of a waterproof layer. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for a root barrier is as follows. Root barrier sheets(10) with adhesive are attached on one surface of a macromolecule synthetic resin sheet to be overlapped with an object. Metal thin film tapes(20) are attached on the joint parts between the root barrier sheets. A sealing agent(100) with metal powder is spread on both ends of the metal thin film tapes.본 발명은 옥상녹화를 위한 방근 시공 방법에 고나한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 방근 시공 방법은 PP, PE, PET, EVA, PVC 등의 고분자합성수지 필름시트에 점.접착제를 도포하여 제조한 방수 및 방근 기능을 겸비한 방수 및 방근 시트를 바탕콘크리트와 강력하게 밀착 부착한 후에 시트 끝단의 일단부가 10㎝씩 겹치도록 시트와 시트를 연결부착하여 시공한 후 겹침부위 상부에 동박이 부착된 테이프를 부착하고, 동박 테이프의 끝단부에 금속성 분말(동(銅.구리)분말)이 다량 함유된 금속성 실링제를 도포하여 방수 및 방근을 위한 시공을 1차로 완료한다.1차로 시공을 완료한 후에 방수 및 방근층 보호를 위하여 2차로 고분자합성수지 소재인 PP, PE, EVA, PVC 등의 필름시트 및 천막지 또는 압축 폴리스틸렌 단열재 및 PP. PE 발포시트를 깔아주면서 연결접합부위의 상부는 동박이 부착된 테이프를 부착하면서 양끝단에 금속성 실링제를 도포하여 2차 시공을 완료함으로서, 2중으로 방수 및 방근 기능을 발휘하도록 시공한 효과를 얻게하여 완벽한 방수 및 방근 시공을 완료함은 물론이고 단열효과까지 얻도록 함으로서 2중~3중의 시공효과를 얻도록 하는 것이다.
