The present invention relates to a wheelchair used in the front and rear directions. A back support unit is converted into a leg support unit by a rotary frame or the leg support unit is converted into the back support unit to enable the wheelchair to be moved toward a front side or a rear side while a user sits on the wheelchair. Therefore, the user can be easily, safely, and comfortably moved along by the wheelchair in a bed and a chair without help of the others.본 발명은 전후방향으로 사용이 가능한 휠체어에 관한 것으로, 전방 또는 후방을 향하여 탑승한 상태로 이동할 수 있도록 회동프레임에 의해 등받침부가 다리받침부로 전환되거나, 다리받침부가 등받침부로 전환됨으로써, 사용자가 타인의 도움없이 혼자서도 침대, 의자 등에서 휠체어로 용이하고 수월하면서 안전하고 편안하게 이동할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
