The present invention is to produce a functional beverage which causes no adverse side effects and has excellent anti-cancer effect by using chives and vegetable worms. The functional beverage of the present invention using a chives extract and a vegetable worm extract produces an antioxidant and anticancer functional beverage which comprises 20-40 parts by weight of a vegetable worm extract and 5-10 parts by weight of an apple concentrate with respect to 100 parts by weight of a chives extract, and may produce the antioxidant and anticancer functional beverage which further comprises 3-7 parts by weight of a mulberry leaves extract, 2-4 parts by weight of an Acanthopanax leaves extract, and 1-2 parts by weight of a licorice extract. The present invention relates to a functional beverage prepared using chives and vegetable worms, wherein the functional beverage, for using chives and vegetable worms having antioxidant and anticancer effects as raw materials, is a functional beverage showing an excellent effect in preventing cancer. By providing chives and vegetable worms as raw materials for beverages, the present invention can provide the opportunity of cultivating cash crops to chives farms and vegetable worm farms and can be expected to contribute to invigorating the agriculture and food industry through the production of high value-added functional beverages.본 발명은 부추 및 동충하초를 이용하여 부작용이 없고 암 예방 효과가 우수한 기능성음료를 제조하기 위한 것이다. 본원발명의 부추추출물 및 동충하초추출물을 이용한 기능성음료는 부추추출물 100중량부에 동충하초 추출물 20~40중량부 및 사과농축액 5~10중량부를 포함하여 항산화 및 항암 기능성 음료를 제조하며, 상기 항산화 및 항암 기능성음료에 뽕잎추출물 3~7중량부, 오가피잎추출물 2~4중량부 및 감초추출물 1~2중량부를 더 포함하는 항산화 및 항암 기능성음료를 제조할 수 있다.본 발명은 부추 및 동충하초를 이용하여 만든 기능성음료에 관한 것으로, 상기 기능성음료는 항산화 및 항암효과가 있는 부추 및 동충하초를 원료로 하기 때문에 암 예방효과가 우수한 기능성음료이다. 부추와 동충하초를 음료의 원료로 제공함으로써 부추재배 농가 및 동충하초 사육 농가에 소득 작물을 재배할 수 있는 기회을 제공할 수 있으며, 고부가가치의 기능성 음료의 생산으로 농업과 식품산업의 활성화를 기대할 수 있다.
