A method for measuring the actual distance of a human body based on a cornea image and a method for customizing a spectacle frame. The measurement method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring a front photo image with a black eye part of an eye or capturing a frame of front picture with the black eye part of the eye from a video; step 2, detecting and positioning the black eye part; step 3, determining the maximum transverse length of the black eye part; step 4, determining a proportionality coefficient of an actual linear geometric size and the front image linearity; and step 5, measuring the actual distance between any two points in the photo image or the frame of the picture, so as to multiply the actual distance by the proportionality coefficient ? to obtain the actual distance between two corresponding points of a human body. According to the measurement method, the maximum transverse length of an black eye part is measured, and a proportionality coefficient of an actual size and an image size is acquired, so that absent measurement of any two points of a human body and an image or video comprising the human body can be performed, the data calculation is accurate, and the application is wide.
