Disclosed are 5-nitrobenzoate derivatives of Formula I and the preparation method therefor, wherein R is referred to hydrogen (H), unsubstituted, mono-substituted, di-substituted or tri-substituted benzoyl moiety. 5-Nitrobenzoare derivatives of Formula I do not affect the platelet aggregation, possesses the inhibitory activity related to the tumor cell-induced platelet aggregation (TCIPA), and further specifically inhibits podoplanin-induced platelet aggregation. Therefore, 5-nitrobenzoates of the invention are applicable in its therapeutic use as the novel therapeutic agent in preventing tumor metastasis.本案提出一種如式I之硝基苯衍生物及其製備方法,其中R為氫、無取代苯醯基團、單取代苯醯基團、雙取代苯醯基團或三取代苯醯基團。式I之硝基苯衍生物不影響血小板凝集作用,可有效抑制腫瘤細胞誘發之血小板凝集作用,並且可專一性地抑制腫瘤細胞表面蛋白podoplanin誘發的血小板凝集反應。故式I之5-硝基苯衍生物可成為抑制腫瘤細胞轉移的標靶治療藥物。
