PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen permeation apparatus that supplies hydrogen on the surface of an object such as a human body, and makes the hydrogen permeate in the inside of the object efficiently.SOLUTION: A hydrogen permeation apparatus 1 concerning the present invention has a ring 2 arranged in the end of an object, a cover sheet 3 connected to the ring 2 and covering the object, a hydrogen inlet port 4 for supplying hydrogen inside of the cover sheet 3, and a first stopper 5 provided at an inner circumferential side of the ring 2 and having a hole opened in the central part.
