Disclosed are an exercise health management system and a method of utilizing the system to perform exercise health management. The system allows users to carry out health management based on exercise condition and physiological parameters. It includes a management main system, an induction sub-system and a recognition apparatus. The induction sub-system is provided in an exercising place, and is connected to the management main system through a network communication technology. The recognition apparatus contains personal code of the user, and is worn by the user. When the user exercise in an exercising place, the induction sub-system will connect to the recognition apparatus and acquire an exercising induction data. Accordingly, the management main system can determine whether the exercise of the user coincides with a preset reward condition.
