The present creation provides an electric massaging chair for leg and hip, including a main support, a swinging device, and a massage set. The swinging device comprises a seat cushion with a swinging function and is configured on a back-end of the main support for a user to sit. The massage set comprises a massage component configured on the back-end of the main support to touch the leg and hip. Wherein the user can use the massage component to massage his leg and hip by moving his hip through the seat cushion swinging.
