PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracorporeal circulation apparatus capable of reducing risk of generating air bubbles and capable of easily grasping a condition of a patient.SOLUTION: An extracorporeal circulation apparatus comprises: a blood removal line 11 where blood withdrawn from a body of a person who is treated passes; a centrifugal pump 4 which is connected to a downstream side of the blood removal line 11, and performs blood feeding by rotation motion; an artificial lung 2 which is connected to a downstream side of the centrifugal pump 4; a blood feeding line 12 which is at a downstream side of the artificial lung 2, and returns the blood to the body; and a flow sensor 52 for detecting blood flow rate in the blood feeding line 12. The extracorporeal circulation apparatus further comprises a controller 10 comprising an intermediate part pressure sensor 8 which is a pressure sensor for detecting pressure in a circuit between the centrifugal pump 4 and the artificial lung 2, and identifying discharge pressure unique to the centrifugal pump 4 based on the blood flow rate detected by the flow sensor 52 and the rotation number of the centrifugal pump 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】気泡を発生させるリスクを軽減すると共に、患者の状態も把握し易い体外循環装置を提供する。【解決手段】被術者の体内から引き出した血液が通る脱血ライン11と、脱血ライン11の下流に接続され、回転運動により送血を行う遠心ポンプ4と、遠心ポンプ4よりも下流に接続された人工肺2と、人工肺2よりも下流であり、体内に血液を戻す送血ライン12と、送血ライン12の中の血液流量を検出する流量センサ52とを備え、遠心ポンプ4と人工肺2との間の回路内の圧力を検出する圧力センサである中間部圧力センサ8を有し、遠心ポンプ4の回転数、及び流量センサ52で検出された血液流量に基づいて、遠心ポンプ4に固有の吐出圧力を特定するコントローラ10を有する。【選択図】図1
