According to certain embodiments of the invention, the devices generally comprise (a) a primary shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, and which encapsulates an interior shaft (b) a handle located at the proximal end of the primary shaft, which comprises a ratchet, two fixed rings and a movable thumb piece coupled to the interior shaft and (c) a tip located at the distal end of the primary shaft, which comprises multiple sections connected by joints that forms a triangular configuration when in an open position.
