PURPOSE: A scout image obtaining method in CT is provided to use a coupling section image, thereby predicting section data after a 3D reconfiguration process. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of projection images is obtained according to a change of an angle. A tomosynthesis reconfiguration process is performed after the projection image obtaining process. The projection image obtaining process includes a process for obtaining a plurality of projection images(400) from the frontal surface of a target. Projection images are obtained from the side of the target during the projection image obtaining process.본 발명은 각도의 변화에 따른 복수의 투영영상을 획득하는 과정과, 상기 복수의 투영영상 획득 과정을 거친 후에 진행되는 토모신테시스 재구성 과정과, 상기 토모신테시스 재구성 과정을 거친 후에 진행되는 투영단면합성영상(710, 720) 또는 재구성된 단면영상(610, 620)으로 3차원상의 관심영역(FOV: Field Of View)이 정확하게 구성되었는가를 판단하는 과정을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 씨티에서 스카우트 영상 획득 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 토모신테시스 기능을 추가하여 보다 향상된 3차원상의 관심영역 확정 방법을 제공하는 효과가 발생된다.
