The present invention provides a method for diagnosing a state of a skin, which includes a step of irradiating light to a skin, a step of receiving the light that is emitted through the skin, and a specific component analyzing step of calculating an amount of a specific component that is distributed in the skin from information on the received light, wherein the specific component analyzing step includes: the steps of: calculating information on fixed quantities at which a first component and a second component are distributed in the skin from information on light having a first wavelength band, which reacts with both the first component and the second component that are distributed in the skin, among the received light calculating information on a fixed quantity at which the second component is distributed in the skin from information on light having a second wavelength band, which reacts with the second component that is distributed in the second component, among the received light and calculating information on a fixed quantity at which the first component is distributed in the skin by removing the information on the fixed quantity at which the second component is distributed in the skin, which is calculated from the information on the light having the second wavelength band, from the information on the fixed quantities at which the first component and the second component are distributed in the skin, which is calculated from the information on the light having the first wavelength band.
