PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus for a surgery, with which a surgical operation or the like can be smoothly performed by smoothly inserting a flexible tube part to a trocar for an endoscope and easily evading the interference of the flexible tube part and operation part of a flexible endoscope with a surgical device outside the body.SOLUTION: Flexibility of the flexible tube part 11 is formed by being changed in three stages of a flexible part 11s which is flexible, a low flexible part 11h which is less flexible than that, and a highly flexible part 11ss which is more flexible than the flexible part 11s, from the distal end side. When the projection length of flexible insertion parts 11, 12 and 13 from the distal end of the trocar 30 for the endoscope is a preset projection length C, the low flexible part 11h is present inside the trocar 30 for the endoscope over the entire range.
