摘要：: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food from which a large amount of protein is ingestible, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A puffed food as an extrusion molded product containing a 45 to 96 mass% of micellar casein based on a whole solid matter, and processed food including the puffed food.
