Biomarkers to monitor or predict the efficacy of the treatment of psoriasis are provided herein. The use of mRNA levels and cell markers specific as a biomarker for predicting possibility of psoriasis treatment will be successful whether high is also provided. Furthermore, it is possible to monitor patient compliance and improving the therapeutic efficacy in psoriasis patients with expression of cellular genes or markers thereof, are treated.
