The present invention relates to: a pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-8-one derivative compound exhibiting excellent anti-proliferative effects on cancer cells, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a hydrate thereof, or a stereoisomer thereof； a preparation method therefor； a pharmaceutical composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating cancer metastasis and proliferative diseases, containing same as an active ingredient； and an anti-cancer composition used on cancer cells, wherein the compound exhibits excellent cancer cell inhibitory activities and anti-proliferative effects, thereby being useful in the inhibition of cancer cells and, further, in the prevention of cancer metastasis and proliferative diseases and in the cancer treatment.La présente invention concerne : un composé dérivé de pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-8-one présentant d'excellents effets anti-prolifératifs sur des cellules cancéreuses, un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, un hydrate, ou un stéréoisomère de celui-ci ； un procédé de préparation associé ； une composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir, soulager ou traiter des métastases cancéreuses et des maladies prolifératives, contenant celui-ci en tant que principe actif ； et une composition anticancéreuse utilisée sur des cellules cancéreuses, le composé présentant d'excellentes activités inhibitrices des cellules cancéreuses et des effets anti-prolifératifs, ce qui est utile dans l'inhibition de cellules cancéreuses et, en outre, dans la prévention de métastases cancéreuses et de maladies prolifératives ainsi que dans le traitement du cancer.본 발명은 암세포에 대한 우수한 항 증식 효능을 나타내는 피리도[3,4-d]피리미딘-8-온 유도체 화합물, 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 이의 수화물 또는 이의 입체 이성질체와, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 전이 및 증식성 질환의 예방, 경감 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 및 암세포에 대한 항암 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 화합물은 우수한 암세포 억제 활성 및 항증식 효능을 나타내므로, 암세포 저해는 물론이고 나아가 암 전이 및 증식성 질환의 예방 또는 암 치료에 유용하다.
