The present invention relates to a gum base formulation without polyvinyl acetate suitable for the production of a chewing gum with good sensory properties and good flavour release in combination with anti-adhesive properties in respect of teeth, dentures and the like typical of formulations containing polyvinyl acetate.본 발명은 폴리비닐 아세테이트를 포함하는 제제들의 특징적인, 치아들, 의치들 및 그 동종물들에 대한 점착 방지 특성들(anti-adhesive properties)과 함께 양호한 관능적 특성들 및 양호한 향기 방출을 가진 츄잉껌 제조에 적합한 껌 베이스 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 껌 베이스 제제는 치아에 들러붙지 않으며 중량 기준으로 다음 조성: (a) 탄성중합체류, 8-16% (b) 유화제류 및/또는 기술적 보조제류 18-30% (c) 보조약류 15-40% (d) 식물성 수지류 및/또는 식물성 수지 에스테르류 26-45% (e) 항산화제류 0-2%；을 가지며 폴리비닐 아세테이트를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
