In a first embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for repelling harmful animals using replicas within a certain area is characterized by consisting essentially of: posts movably installed on guide rails within the certain area and having sliders interposed therebetween, and supporting a plurality of replicas and having supports interposed therebetween a wire rope movably installed on the guide rail while connected to the bottom of the post an actuator installed on at least one side of the guide rail and providing motive force to the wire rope and a controller for operating the actuator and moving the replicas back and forth.
