PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible that precise diagnosis is made during an intravascular treatment on the intravascular conditions of the affected part, especially its area located sideways ahead at the intravascular ultrasonic diagnosis probe and the probe safely reaches the affected part.
SOLUTION: The diagnosis probe 12 is provided at the leading end of an intravascular ultrasonic diagnosis system 3. The probe has a penetrating hole H along its central axis, through which hole H, a guide wire 2 or an ultrasonic actuator 4 can pass for shaping a penetrating hole in a blood clot, etc. Around the part of penetrating hole H in the main part of the ultrasonic diagnosis probe, is formed an inner installer 17c toward the central axis of penetrating hole H, and the inner installer 17c is provided with a plurality of ultrasonic transducers 18.
