Within each of the plurality of orifices, an interior plurality of strands pass from the orifice to an interior of the tubular conduit, an exterior plurality of strands pass from the orifice to an exterior of the tubular conduit, and an intermediate plurality of strands are interlaced with the interior and exterior plurality of strands and configured at least partially within the orifice. Each of the interior plurality of strands, exterior plurality of strands, and intermediate plurality of strands is made of a fluid permeable material.
