PURPOSE: A green guide rail and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce a cost for managing plants on a guide rail, and to purify air by absorbing harmful gas on a road. CONSTITUTION: A green guide rail comprises a plurality of supports(100) and rails(200). The plurality of supports is placed at constant intervals along a road, and a part of the support is buried under the ground. The rails form receiving spaces(210) for soil, and connected to the supports. The upper parts of the rails are separated from the side parts of the supports at constant intervals.본 발명은 도로 환경을 정화시킬 수 있는 녹화 가드레일에 관한 것으로, 도로를 따라 상호 일정간격 이격 배치되며 지면으로부터 일부가 돌출되도록 상기 지면에 매설되는 복수의 지지대와； 토양을 수용하는 수용공간을 형성하며 그 상단이 상기 지지대의 측면과 일정 거리 이격되어 상면이 개구되도록 상기 지지대에 결합되는 레일을； 포함하며 상기 수용공간에 토양을 채우고 식물을 심어서 생육시킴으로써, 가드레일에 식물을 생육하여 가드레일을 녹화시킴으로써 보행자나 혹은 운전자들에게 쾌적한 느낌과 심리적 안정감을 제공하고 도로의 유해가스를 흡수하여 공기를 정화시킴과 동시에 가드레일에 생육되는 식물을 관리하는데 적은 비용이 소요되도록 하는 효과가 있다.
