PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tractor pull type direct seeder that does not damage a machine body even if foreign matters are caught when seeding furrows are formed by a ratchet wheel for furrow-opening in a firmly fixed unplowed field.SOLUTION: The tractor pull type direct seeder is equipped with the ratchet wheel 14 for furrow-opening that is connected to the machine body 11 and rotated and driven reversely in the progress direction, a soil guide cover 15 for covering the ratchet wheel for furrow-opening from the rear upward behind the ratchet wheel for furrow-opening and a seed conduit 22 behind the ratchet wheel for furrow-opening and attaches the soil guide cover 15 through a buffer member 19 to the machine body 11.
