The present invention relates to a raising seeding apparatus using an artificial light source. More specifically, the raising seeding apparatus includes: a raising seeding tray having multiple tray cells, which have partially open lower parts, arranged on shelves to grow young seedlings on the individual tray cells； a light source unit including a first light source which is arranged on the upper part of the raising seeding tray while being spaced apart therefrom and emits light to the upper part of the raising seeding tray and a second light source which is arranged to come in contact with the lower part of the raising seeding tray and emits light to the roots of the young seedlings through the lower part of the raising seeding tray； and a control unit which controls the light generated and emitted by the light source unit. According to the present invention, the raising seeding apparatus using the artificial light source can arrange the artificial light source and a blower on the open lower part of the raising seeding tray, apply the light and wind directly to the roots of the young seedlings being grown on the raising seeding tray to put stress on the roots for suppressing the growth of the roots, thereby transplanting the young seedlings grown by using the raising seeding scheme without damaging the corresponding roots when the young seedlings are separated from the raising seeding tray.본 발명은 인공광원을 이용한 육묘장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 선반 상에 하부가 일부 개방된 다수의 트레이 셀을 구비하여, 각각의 트레이 셀마다 어린 모를 생장시키는 육묘 트레이； 상기 육묘 트레이의 상부로 소정거리 이격되어 위치하고, 상기 육묘 트레이의 상부로 광을 조사하는 제1 광원과, 상기 육묘 트레이의 하부와 맞닿도록 위치하여, 상기 육묘 트레이의 하부를 통해 상기 어린 모의 뿌리로 광을 조사하는 제2 광원을 포함하는 광원부； 및 상기 광원부로부터 발생되어 조사되는 광을 제어하는 제어부； 를 포함한다. 이와 같이 본 발명에 의한 인공광원을 이용한 육묘장치에 따르면, 육묘 트레이의 개방된 하부에 인공광원 및 송풍기를 각각 위치시킨 후, 육묘 트레이에서 육묘 중인 어린 모의 뿌리에 직접적으로 빛과 바람을 공급하여 뿌리에 스트레스를 인가하여, 뿌리의 생장을 억제시킴에 따라 육묘 트레이로부터 육묘 분리 시, 해당하는 어린 모의 뿌리 손상없이 육묘를 이식할 수 있다.
