PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-crosslinked collagen gel for being used as a scaffold of cell culture, and a method for manufacturing and a method for using the collagen gel.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of using a radiation-crosslinked collagen gel in which, in a method for manufacturing a cultured product which is used for hydrogel by mixing with a cosmetic component, used for a mask pack by mixing the cosmetic component with hydrogel, used for a hydrogel wound covering agent, or used for an injured skin, skin transplant or the like, liquid collagen is irradiated with a low-dose electron beam to induce radiation partial crosslinking of collagen, the partially crosslinked collagen and gelled solution are poured into a mold to gelate them, cells and a culture solution are poured into a gel to culture cells on the gel. There is also provided a method in which the partially crosslinked collagen and gelled solution are mixed to form a gel, the gel is dried to form a film-like thin film, and the cells and culture solution are poured into the film to perform cell culture.
