PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeler capable of dealing with various diameters of materials to be peeled and sizes of undulation in wide range, and capable of precisely carrying out the peeling without leaving the unpeeled part.SOLUTION: The peeler is obtained by arranging a plurality of cutter members 20 in the vertical direction of an insertion passage in multi-stage so that at least three thereof are arranged in the same stage, and arranging each cutter member 21-24 over the whole circumferential direction so that the other cutter blade 35b may be arranged in the inside of one cutter blade 35a in the neighboring cutter members, and the extended line L1 in the length direction of the other cutter blade 35b may cross with the one cutter blade 35a.
