PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade disk causing less scratches and less color change on a surface of a fruit of a peeled object, capable of obtaining a fruit having a high commercial value with a beautiful cut area, and dispensing with frequent polishing of a blade tip.SOLUTION: A peeler includes: a blade disk 2 supported rotatably on a horizontal plane a body 6 opened toward the blade disk so as to surround an upper part of the blade disk 2 and including a feeding port 7a to which a peeled object such as a chestnut and potato is fed and a plurality of blade bodies 3 including a blade tip 3a for peeling the peeled object arranged on an outer periphery of an upper face of the blade disk 2. In the blade disk 2, the blade tip 3a of the blade body 3 is arranged while facing a rotation direction of the blade disk 2, the blade body 3 is arranged and fixed obliquely so that an inner periphery side edge is arranged in a forward position in a rotation travel direction of the rotation disk 2 with respect to an outer periphery side edge on the blade disk 2, and a peel waste discharge groove 2b penetrating vertically the blade disk 2 is arranged on a lower side of the blade tip 3a of the blade body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 被皮剥物の実の表面に傷や変色が少なく、切り口が綺麗で商品価値の高い実が得られ、しかも刃先の頻繁な研磨を不要にした刃物円盤を提供する。【解決手段】水平面内において回転自在に支承された刃物円盤2と、その刃物円盤2の上方を囲むようにして刃物円盤に向かって開口し、かつ栗や芋等の被皮剥物が投入される投入口7aを上部に有する胴部6を備え、被皮剥物の皮を剥くための刃先3aを有する刃体3が刃物円盤2の上面の外周部に複数個設けられた皮剥き機において、 刃物円盤2は、刃体3の刃先3aが刃物円盤2の回転方向側に向けて配置され、かつ刃体3は刃物円盤2上において外周部側端よりも内周部側端が回転円盤2の回転の進行方向側へ進んだ位置となるように斜めに配置固定されており、刃体3の刃先3a下側に刃物円盤2を上下に貫通する皮カス排出溝2bが設けられている。【選択図】図1
