The present invention relates to a sinoatrial node electrography system (1) and a method (100) enabling operation of the said system, which perform an electrography specific to the sinoatrial node by analyzing the measurements received via the sinoatrial node (S), show the activity of the sinoatrial node ion channels by using this electrography, and determine the next heart (H) beat time before the heart (H) performs the said beat.La présente invention concerne un système d'électrographie de noeud sinoatrial (1) et un procédé (100) permettant le fonctionnement dudit système, lesquels permettent de réaliser une électrographie spécifique au noeud sinoauriculaire par analyse des mesures reçues par l'intermédiaire du noeud sinoauriculaire (S), montrant l'activité des canaux ioniques du noeud sinoauriculaire en utilisant cette électrographie, et déterminant le temps de battement de coeur (H) suivant avant que le coeur (H) effectue ledit battement.
